GCSE Results Support Day

Have you just sat your GCSE exams, but you’re unsure of what your next plans are? Are you looking for support? If so, pop along to one of our drop-in sessions and discuss your results with a member of staff who will be available to offer guidance and support for September 2018.

It is not too late to enrol on a Year 12 Engineering, Construction or A Level course this September.

Students who have successfully achieved a C grade or better in five or more GCSEs, including English and Maths,  will be able to progress to Medway UTC’s years 12 and 13 to follow a programme based on BTEC National (Level 3) qualifications in either Engineering or Construction & the Built Environment and/or a selection of A Levels.

Why Medway UTC?

Medway UTC is unique educational pathway for young people as the UTC works with a range of major local employers, including BAE Systems, Delphi Diesel Systems and BAM Construction. These organisations provide Medway UTC with realistic hands-on projects for students and have worked with the UTC to ensure its curriculum meets industry needs. With widely reported skills shortages in both the engineering and construction sectors, the UTC’s aim is to train confident, highly competent individuals to fill the roles of the future. At Medway UTC, everyday is an interview.
